A friend of mine came to me with a tricky question:
“I have a colleague who cannot bear feedback. She’s falling apart after every criticism she gets and becomes even less productive. How can I avoid giving feedback but still ensure she works as expected?”
Tricky.

So, what would you do to avoid feedback?
