Melissa Carson is a global HR executive turned organizational strategy advisor and leadership coach.
Several years ago, she realized she wanted to focus on the things she loves to do and at which she excels. This shift from corporate life means that she spends most of her time with leaders who want to create workplaces that don't suck.
She is a coach for imperfect leaders who want to be more intentional in how they lead themselves and their teams.
No change is too big to tackle, and no boundaries are too serious to undermine individuals and organizations.
She formed her own company, Canopy Strategies, LLC through which she works with CEOs, leaders, and entrepreneurs worldwide. Recently, she has launched The FIRE Circle for women leaders.
“I am going to be intentional about how I show up at work, show up for my team, the work I do, the things outside of work.” – Melissa Carson
