The last days of 2024 were foggy and unwelcoming here in Prague. Yet, when I looked outside in the morning today, the fog was gone. The sun was out. Finally.
I took a break for the past two weeks. I felt tired and needed to spend time with my family.
But I wasn’t completely switched off. I’ve been thinking about the direction I want to take with this publication.

I will make brand-new videos with tips, theory, and communication bites. The video format is a challenge for me. So bear with me, please. :-)
For some of you, video/audio might work better to quickly listen and remember one or two points. Time is scarce, and I value yours.
Plus, you will have a chance to get to know me. Isn’t that great?!
When you add the head to the lines you are used to reading, it might be a completely different experience. Positive, of course. Haha.
Live meetings
Here’s a big question:
Would you find value in meeting once a month to discuss and practice skills, work on your communication, or solve work-related challenges?
I’ve done this before, but the interest wasn’t very high. If you’d like me to restart these meetings, let me know.
To help you decide:
Pros:
Online meetings are flexible; you can join from anywhere.
You’ll meet like-minded people with similar challenges and interests.
You have a safe space to talk.
A chance to learn without relying solely on workplace training.
Cons:
It’s online, so we won’t meet in person.
You’ll need to block a specific time.
You never know who will arrive and how many people get to meet.
